A CHAPTER IN YOUR LOVE STORY
Congratulations on your Engagement! I'm sure you're feeling a little overwhelmed with all the planning and decisions surrounding this major event.
Getting married is much more, than just the wedding day. It's often times a year long journey leading up to the wedding day. So much time, love and money is invested in this journey it's important to capture the entire story.
Most people want all the details captured so they can relive them time and time again and pass these stories down throughout generations.
We can tell the complete story-beginning with your engagement portraits. Engagement parties, bridal luncheon's and showers. Your Bridal portrait. Bridal boudoir, your wedding day, and honeymoon destination sessions.
Don't let all those special times be lost to your phone's camera roll. Choose a professional photographer to handle all the storytelling and memory preservation details. Photographs keep memories alive.
YOUR BRIDAL PORTRAIT
You've spent months or perhaps years deciding the color, style, and length of your wedding gown. You've imagined your hairstyle, the veil and your flowers. You know you're borrowing your mother's diamond earrings and carrying your grandmothers monogrammed hankerchief.
You shared the experience of choosing your gown with those you love the most. Since the day you said "Yes, to the dress", you've been filed with anticipation and joy! You can't wait to wear the dress, and be a bride.
The unfortunate reality is you only get to wear your perfect dress a few hours. The dress you've dreamed about since you were a little girl gets worn a few hours then gets preserved in huge box, place in the back of a closet or under your bed for decades. That's why here in the south brides take the opportunity to dress in full bridal regalia and have a one on one portrait session a couple months before their wedding.
Not only is it a right of passage but it's an opportunity to have a dress rehearsal with your photographer, hairstylist, makeup artist, and florist. It allows you to get an idea of the fit and movement of your dress. It's something you don't think about but walking and practicing with the train, veil, shoes and flowers is very important to your overall wedding day experience.
As soon as your dress is chosen you should contact us to schedule your bridal portrait session.
Bridal portraits provide the best opportunity for the photographer and bride to truly get to know one another. Building a relationship and earning trust is of the utmost importance. I learn your best angles, what makes you genuinely smile. Then on one of hte most important days of your life, you're able to relax and be yourself, knowing that I have it covered.
